Ms. Lanier is a Miami native who completed her J.D. at Case Western Reserve University School of Law and her B.A. at Florida International University, where she graduated cum laude.

She focuses her practice on family law issues and approaches each case with an eye towards an expeditious settlement, with favorable results for her clients.

Litigation is costly, and unpredictable. However, some cases need to go to trial. This is when clients require a tough, and thorough, litigator fighting for them in court. Ms. Lanier has litigated family law cases for over 15 years and is prepared to fight for your rights.

Mrs. Perez Sanchez was born and raised in Miami, Florida. Following high school, she moved to Orlando, Florida, to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies at the University of Central Florida, with a minor in Criminal Justice.

Upon her return to Miami, Mrs. Perez Sanchez attended The University of Miami School of Law, where she obtained her Juris Doctorate degree. While in law school, Mrs. Perez Sanchez received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Legal Research and Writing, was an editor and published author on the University of Miami Business Law Review, was a board member of the Hispanic Law Students Association, and was a student governor for the Student Bar Association.

Mrs. Perez Sanchez also spent a semester of law school as a student intern in the Children and Youth Law Clinic at the University of Miami School of Law. In the clinic, Mrs. Perez Sanchez represented children in foster care, former foster youth in dependency, health care, mental health, disability, independent living, education, immigration and other general civil legal matters, ensuring that they had a voice in court proceedings.

Mrs. Perez Sanchez was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2017, and practices primarily family law. Mrs. Perez is fluent in English and Spanish.
